The finished products of excellent door and window tops should meet the requirements of the JC/T635-1996 industry standard issued by the State Building Materials Industry Bureau on May 9, 1996. This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of sealing tops for building doors and windows. Door and window top products are divided into three types: flat, flat and X-shaped. Each type is divided into ordinary density, medium density and high density according to the fluff density.

 

The standard specifies the basic size of the density top and the allowable deviation of the size. The standard strictly stipulates the materials used in the tops, which must be polypropylene special-shaped filaments, and must be treated with UV stabilization and siliconization. This ensures the quality of the sealing tops. The standard also stipulates the appearance quality of the sealing top: the fluff should be uniform and dense, the tufts should be straight, the cutting should be smooth, and there should be no lack of hair and unevenness; and other defects; the shortest segment of splicing shall not be shorter than 2m. 4 segments are allowed to be spliced ​​every 50m; no oil stains or stolen goods are allowed.

The national standard stipulates various technical indicators of your sealing tops:
